Homeowners with suitable roof conditions (sufficient sun exposure, appropriate roof angle, and structural integrity) are eligible to apply. The program is currently available in select regions, and we're looking for participants committed to the entire pilot duration.
After your application is approved, you can expect a site assessment within 2-3 weeks. Following assessment, installation typically occurs within 4-6 weeks, depending on weather conditions and permitting requirements.
Solar panels generally require minimal maintenance. Occasional cleaning to remove dirt, leaves, or snow is recommended to maintain optimal efficiency. Our system includes monitoring that alerts you to any performance issues, and our maintenance team is available to address any concerns throughout the pilot program.
Standard grid-tied solar systems shut down during power outages for safety reasons. If backup power is important to you, we offer optional battery storage solutions that can be discussed during your consultation.
The pilot program runs through 2025, with data collection and monitoring throughout this period. After the pilot concludes, participants can continue using their solar systems with options for extended warranties and support services.
